We were commissioned by Michelin Star chef Guillaume Foucault and sommelier Quy Phi to develop the branding and global creative direction for their upcoming restaurant-boutique hotel project. Located in the countryside a couple of hours from Paris, Le Perche is Guillaume’s childhood region. A beautiful and rich environment filled with a wide variety of delicious and unique products. We collaborated with Jonathan Baudet-Botella, bringing valuable context and support on the overall strategy. After discovering their gastronomic experience in their current restaurant Pertica and after visiting the site multiple times, it was clear that it was all about celebrating the nature of the region.
